Is Emsisoft Internet Security (EIS) the same as Emsisoft AntiMalware (EAM) & Online Armor (OA) combined ?

No.

"Emsisoft Internet Security basically is Emsisoft Anti-Malware plus our new firewall module,
but Emsisoft Anti-Malware and Online Armor Premium offer a lot more functions and features than Emsisoft Internet Security."

http://support.emsisoft.com/topic/16052-eam-and-oa-as-a-package-please/#entry121181

Note: Emsisoft no longer sells Online Armor

"The Emsisoft Online Armor product has been an integral part of our product portfolio for almost five years.
It served us and our customers very well in complementing Emsisoft Anti-Malware with a rock solid standalone firewall.
Emsisoft Online Armor’s biggest strength has always been its HIPS (Host based Intrusion Protection/Prevention System) components, which are meant to alert any potentially dangerous actions executed by programs on the operating system.

As the internet threat landscape changes over the years, our response to these new challenges needs to adapt as well.
Security software needs to be even more powerful, yet less intrusive to avoid any unnecessary annoying alerts.
That’s why we at Emsisoft believe that a smart Behavior Blocker,
as incorporated in Emsisoft Anti-Malware and Emsisoft Internet Security,
that watches the system as a whole, is significantly better than a HIPS,
which sees each action on the system individually and therefore always causes much more alert popups by design.
You can read more about the differences in this article.

For the above reason, we have decided to not spend any more development time on Emsisoft Online Armor,
but instead focus on improving the award-winning protection of Emsisoft Anti-Malware and Emsisoft Internet Security,
which we are certain have a great future ahead."

So if you want a firewall with advanced settings and options you need something else.....
I recommend Comodo Firewall: https://www.comodo.com/home/internet-security/firewall.php

It has got excellent results on Matousec´s test, blocking 97%:
http://www.matousec.com/projects/proactive-security-challenge-64/

It´s FREE and it works well together with Emsisoft Anti Malware.
Use mutual exclusions (tell both of them to ignore the processes of the other) for optimum performance.

Wonder what your losing?

I had the older Online Armor Premium that had bug in it for years. Could not update because the year ran out but it keep working as the Premium version. I could still be using it but once I uninstalled it for newer version I can not reinstall it. It wants to check things out at the site that is no longer around.

I think I tried the Comodo Antivirus but it would not work. AVG Antivirus would not install unless I uninstalled Online Armor or the other way around so that was crazy

Advanced settings and options....

Comodo Internet Security (CIS), which includes Firewall, HIPS, Antivirus & Sandbox, works together with EAM.
You can even use the antivirus if you want.
EAM (and also MBAM) are unique, it can be used together with other antimalware-programs,
even with realtime-protection active in both programs.
But there is no need to, EAM has excellent detection....
