Where do I go to change the time zone setting on the forum? Forum is 5 hours ahead here.  :)

Is there a setting on my account to change the time zone to eastern time USA? I can't find any.

No, there isn't...But, just go to Profile > Modify profile > Look and Layout and you will see 'Time Offset'.  Just click on "Auto detect", and you are set. :)
