Microsoft will explain only 'significant' Windows 10 updates
« on: August 21, 2015, 05:11:00 pm »
"Microsoft has explained its policy about how much information it will offer on the content of Cumulative Updates to Windows 10.

In a statement sent by a spokesperson to us, Microsoft said:
“As we have done in the past, we post KB articles relevant to most updates which we’ll deliver with Windows as a service.
Depending on the significance of the update and if it is bringing new functionality to Windows customers,
we may choose to do additional promotion of new features as we deploy them.”

So this means that they are going to release updates without telling their customers what these updates actually do ???
Installing more spyware in their customers computers !?
I have lost all interest in installing W10 now.....

This and the whole Win 10 process kind of goes against all the big advertisement of take control of computer, Windows the way you want it.

Windows the way we control it would be a better term.

I can understand how many see this, as a main computer OS I cannot agree to any of the Privacy statements or policies.

Since when is an out-of-band critical security update that applies to all supported versions of IE not insignificant?  Why even bother with useless communications like the last MSRC blog post, Security Update Solution Further Protects Customer Devices, when all the blog post is telling us is that an update was released to address a vulnerability in all supported versions of IE.  Oh, great.  So much valuable information.
