Lack of Useful Information in Windows 10 KB Articles

KB Articles used to provide some sort of information on what was being updated and why. Now, this is what is provided, more often than not hours after the update has been released:

KB3081448: This update includes improvements to enhance the functionality of Windows 10.

This update applies only to the Windows 10 OOBE process and will be available only at the time that OOBE updates are installed.
